JV Ground Lease (New Build)
Developers who have control of a site, have completed all pre-planning such as proposed unit mix, operating budget and project budget.
JV Ground Lease (Acquisitions/Rehab)
Existing or recently acquired projects that are eligible for AMI unit mix adjustment or project rehabilitation for inclusion as a Texas Essential Housing project
Governmental Tax-Exempt Bonds or Loans
Any multi-family project (new or existing) that can meet eligibility requirements and could benefit through Tax-Exempt Bond or Loan financing
